Wellington, NZ

Capitol  of New Zealand. We took a tour around the city which included the botanical gardens. Roses galore. Just beautiful. The bus driver recommended the cheese scones and he was dead on about those! We had an amazing view from Mount Victoria (Mt. Vic they call it), a short visit to the Te papa Museum, saw the parliment buildings and St. John's Anglican Cathedral ( all wood building)

They call it windy Wellington and it was. Cool temps but great for touring.

The food onboard?  Very good and so many choices.  Healthy, not so healthy.  Fresh fruits and veggies. Perfect. Tonight there is crocodile on the menu.
